Oh yeah,

The US Soccer Team makes me sad.  I mean, I never thought we would beat the Czechs badly, but I figured we wouldn't get blown out.  So sad...  And like we're going to do any better against Italy - Pheh.  I'll need to find another team to root for here in a couple of games.  England?  Mexico?  Korea?

I hear you. Italy's game is a little stinky too this time around, so perhaps there's still some hope... I've decided to root for one of the little unknown guys, like Togo.

I think we have a shot against Ghana. But, we will probably lose to Italy and be eliminated after the first round. For a backup team I am going for Germany. They are the only major team that has any humility. The English and Brazilians cannot be allowed to win. It would be good for England to be beaten by a team they consider racially inferior. The US is not going to make it, but maybe one of the teams from Africa can do it. I have been posting on each of the games I have seen. Comments are open.

J, yeah, barring a US win, it would be nice to see a worthy underdog win. Togo picked up the loss and Croatia looked great against Brazil, but they probably wont make it. I'm still fond of the Koreans, actually...
