8.64mi - 1:03'02"

'Nother run. I felt a little tight in the beginning, but eventually started to want to stride out a bit. Ended up with a slight quickening of my personal best for this particular route.

I think it's summed up nicely by the immortal words of George from the Blackadder (WWI) series:
Up diddly up, down diddly down, whoops, poop, twiddly dee - decent scrap with the fiendish Red Baron - bit of a jolly old crash landing behind enemy lines - capture, torture, escape, and then back home in time for tea and medals.

wow, 8.22 mph! that's great! if i ever get rid of these shin splints, i'll get back to running...

That's kinda cool - I hadn't thought about it like that. 8.22mph :)

Shin splints hurt soooo bad. I wish I had good advice for you. I remember the Drill Sergeants saying to just run through them. SO, like I said, I wish I had some good advice to give you.
