Via the most lucky of buzzes
Bolded ones that I've watched and italicized ones I've never heard of - this should be disturbing...
The quick answer is that I like the Beeb and cartoons, old shows and in general I've watched way too much TV in my time.

you've never heard of one tree hill?! where do you get your teenage soap opera drama? oh wait, i guess you see that with the undergrads...
I was more of a My So-Called Life guy - Claire Daines - rooowr
Jeebus, that's a looooong list of tv shows!
Tell me about it... And I'm embarrassed to say that I was thinking about all the ones I watched that weren't on the list. Ah, wasted youth...
Never heard of Emergency!? I didn't think there was a Jack Webb Production on the planet that wasn't famous. Besides, they mentioned it in all of Julie London's obits when she passed away in 2000. (Youngster, please don't say, "Who was Julie London?")
That show is why all us back-end boomers, tweeners, and early-Xs know how a fire station works.
I do have vague memories of guys sliding down firepoles - That may be early onset homoerotic fantasies though. It's so have to separate those from prime time TV...
